I have recently discovered the real beauty of sea glass. Although I've always loved walking along the beach and seeing so many beautiful shells and stones, I never realised what other gems were nestling in the sand and rocks.
Now that I've discovered these little pieces of treasure – I'm obsessed.
I love re-cycling; anything and everything and I never like to throw something away without first giving it a second chance. Sea glass is definitely up there as my number one favourite thing to re-cycle.
Each piece of jewellery is handmade, unique and one of a kind. I use sterling silver, finding charms and chain to finish off the transformation of each piece of glass into a lovely piece to be treasured for years to come.
The pictures are made from sea glass, pebbles and driftwood collected by me and just as the jewellery – it is cleaned but not altered in anyway.
All my jewellery and pictures are made using 100% genuine sea glass that has been tumbled by the sea and not altered in any way.
All the little imperfections, texture and shape tell the story of the years spent in the sea before being washed up on the shore to be discovered and turned into something beautiful.
